$7,900,000

The best remaining properties are the Hidden Gems! Beautiful estate with expansive level building site overlooking one of the largest natural pools on Bee Creek. The natural waterfall is one of the outstanding characteristics of this property. This approximately 3 acre estate is only minutes from downtown Austin and located in the highly acclaimed Westlake High School/Eanes Schools district. The homesite sits amid a forest of trees and is one of the last parcels of Emmett Shelton's estate that has been in the family since the 1960s. I am happy to meet to show the property, even on short notice; just call or text. If you walk the land without listing broker/owner, be mindful of the bluff's edge that overlooks the creek, natural pool, and waterfall. Email listing broker/owner for a video of the creek to view its impressive flow! And is the price negotiable? Of course! Priced separately is LOT 2 LOST CANYON RANCH (about one acre) located on the south side of the creek and is available, too. Acreage size, tax rate and property tax figures are owner's personal estimates only and may not be relied upon. Public water supply is provided by Water District # 10.
